Peace, tranquility, serenity, privacy combined with luxury and exceptional comfort - these are the words I would like to describe our stay at Chalet Salena.

During these three days we got a complete reboot, pleased all our senses with moments of bliss. It was as if we were on another planet, where there was no one else besides us. And now about all this in more details.
Chalets Salena is located in the small village of Santa Maddalena in the Casies Valley (South Tyrol) at an altitude of about 1400 meters among the Dolomites. Birds sing here and cows graze among Alps, those same #milka ads that give alpine milk, and the beauty of the landscapes is simply breathtaking.
The chalet is a super modern apartment of about 100m with a terrace of about 30m. Everything inside is very nice and cozy. Wood, muted colors, designer furniture, a “secret” kitchen, a rocking chair and a fireplace, beds that you don’t want to climb out of, as well as technologies (for example, light sensors - everything seems simple, but now it will take us a long time to get used to the fact that you need to turn the light on and off) ... Everything is so thought out that you just disconnect from everything and relax. ⠀

On the terrace you will find not only a stunning view, comfortable sunbeds and a table for delicious breakfasts, but also a personal sauna with a jacuzzi - this is a separate pleasure - the children were happy to take a warm bath with bubbles at +10 outside. The service is so cool that you do not notice it, and at the same time you feel constant care for yourself.
Serving breakfast every morning on the terrace (choice of a breakfast menu from local products), the possibility to order a barbecue or "pfandl service". (A separate menu item is prepared for you and delivered to your chalet for dinner). Everything was absolutely delicious.
The chalet is located among mountains, where hiking in the Dolomites just begins. From this place, you can easily get to the stunning Braies Lake and the Drei Zinnen mountain.⠀

Imagine how great it is to spend cold winter evenings here, wrapped in a warm blanket with a glass of wine by the fireplace after a long skiing on the mountain slopes...⠀
